The 7th Edition of the International Festival of Film for Children, Teenagers and Students “AniFestROZAFA2016”

September 20-27, 2016 in the city of Shkodra, ALBANIA.

• Long animated film and feature film for children.
Age 3 to 6 years old
Age 7 to 9 years old
Age 10 to 11 years old
• Short animated film and short feature film for children.
Age 3 to 6 years old

• Short animated film and short feature film for teenagers.
Age 12 to 14 years old
Age 15 to 16 years old
• Short animated film and short feature film on children’s rights.
• Short animated film and short feature film made by students for children and teenagers.

5. Application Form

1. The applicant for “AniFestROZAFA2016” Festival must be authorized to send the film in the festival and the final treatment will be made as provided in these rules.
2. The films must be completed after January 1, 2015
3. Applicants will fill in the application form in English.
4. Applicants must fill the forms electronically and all other adding materials for the films (photo of the producer, photo of the film, dialogue-list must be sent electronically (srt), on-line.
5. Dates and deadlines
_The electronic application for the films registration in accordance with the categories specified in the regulation, starts on december 1, 2015 and ends on April 1, 2016.
_ The list of selected films in competition will be published on July 15 th 2016, on the official website of the festival: www.anifestrozafa.org & www.anifestrozafa.al
_ The copy of the film selected for competition must be sent within July 20 th 2016
6. The permission form, will be filled and send signed from the film’s authority electronically (online) after it is scanned.
7. Entry for registration and participation have no fees. (free)
8. The applicant must sent the following materials attached with the request for application:

a) A copy of the film in DVD. (In case it is not possible to send it on-line)
b) A CV of the director in English (on-line).
c) A photo of the Film’s Director (a minimum of 300 dpi of jpg format.) – on-line
d) Photos of the film, at least three copies (a minimum of 300 dpi of jpg format) – on-line
e) A short synopsis of the film, up to 500 characters in English – on-line
f) A dialog list in English – on-line

All the materials sent for selection will be made available for the Festival for archiving purposes. The films will be used in accordance with the regulation code, for cultural and educative purposes, but not for comercial purposes. This will be shown in the application form, also.
